"My husband and I spent several days at the hotel and can only say wonderful things about the staff. I had injured my foot, actually fracturing a couple bones, and they brought me bags of ice several times, delivered room service when wanted and the dining room staff was great. The weather was rather windy and rainy while we were there so didn't go in the outside pools but they were beautiful. Excellent breakfasts as well."

"The room was very clean and the staff did a great job cleaning in the mornings. The shower was OUTSTANDING! The mattress was a little harder than I like, but my husband loved it. The flooring was uneven—which was a little surprising considering how nice the room was"

"Rude staff. We stopped in the bar after a long day of travel and ordered 2 drinks to take to our room. We had purchased pastries to take to our room. We were waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks in an empty bar. We started tasting the pastries and the bartender came over and refused to serve us because he said we were “not allowed to eat in the bar”.. we had 2 croissants. Still in the box. We opened the box and took a tiny piece. Rude rude rude. We were paying 2000$ for 3 days and this was day...
