"The property was well maintained ,staff was excellent ,rooms were small no closet ,one drawer to put clothes which was not enough if you are sharing a room has a couple or both friends ,no side table to put things in no microwave in room you have to ask staff to reheat stuff that’s inconvenient ,no parking ,breakfast was least desired not a wide spread just eggs ,rarely any fruits and breakfast is at 8am that’s late start provided that most excursions are that early in the morning.Beautiful...
"Great location, right by the Arc & plenty of restaurants around; great overall energy in the area. Staff was very polite & helpful...
Room was quite small and super cramped...ceilings were low and bathroom super tight. AC wouldn't cool adequately. We were traveling with luggage and top floor does not have lift access...
Again, wonderful service & location- but wasn't very happy with the room..."
"Check-In for 3 rooms took over 30 minutes. We came in on train from Porto. Rooms were Not what I Prepaid for on Expedia. Cheap Towels (few & no hand towels); low grade soap & amenities.
Breakfast very good . This is my 4th stay over 7 years. It’s deteriorated quickly in past years"
"Well located, quiet, lovely hotel in the center of town. Near metro station and great starting point to explore the city. The staff were GREAT--helpful and knowledgeable. I will stay there again!"
