"Front desk attendant was helpful but the man who stands next to the information desk was very rude. I work in the hospitality business and that behavior is not acceptable. I would not be inclined to recommend the hotel."
"We loved our stay. It is a very nice resort and we felt deserved the 5 stars it has. We especially loved the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay. It felt like we were at a fancy resort and they even made us special omelettes and eggs Benedict fresh from the kitchen! The spa, gym and pools were also fantastic! It was however quite a walk to the water but rode shares and the trams were cheap enough to get around. Would return and recommend!"
