"Shower pressure 10/10"

"This super cool hotel is beautiful. The rooms are so clean, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged and included a washer/dryer combo hidden in a cabinet! The AC was great and necessary during our stay. My luggage was delayed but the excellent and friendly staff reassured me it would arrive. They took care of it for me! "With in walking distance from the airport. I had a one day lay over here and got to experience a lot in Portugal in less than 24 hr time frame! Great location! Shuttle to the airport so once you get there you’re covered with many restaurants with in a 1 hr walk distance. Great spot, I’ll be back here when I’m in Portugal again!"

"Location location location !!!"

"Price, location good clean and staff friendly"

"Good location. Staff were not friendly"

"Location great, room perfect. Staff ignored us and not helpful either when trying to speak Portuguese or English. Could not get a good morning or good evening out of the team. Bar was very small and limited rather than somewhere to end up at the end of the night. Great bakery for brunch over the road. Good spot for taxi pick up and drop off. After seeing some of my other hotels shortlisted, this was the best we saw and I would recommend for a stay."

"Extremely convenient for Oriente train and metro station. Compact rooms had all the necessities. Would have been nice to also have a small fridge and coffee making supplies in the room. Beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear noise from the train station."
