A country lodge. Popular with Tauck tours. Chefs in the kitchen were a highlight with good flavor and fresh ingredients. Good hiking on trails leading from the lodge. Indoor pool and dock for canoes, etc. offers a harbor tour by pontoon but engine was out of order.

A quiet get-away

Good selection of activities, great location, clean and comfortable room, great food. Hiking trail was not fully accessible while we were there due to recent heavy rains, but there was plenty of other things to keep us occupied.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and bathroom was modern with nice shower. The facility was not at it's peak readiness. Resturant staff was short handed and menu very limited. Equipment was not set up and ready or accessible. Pool and hot tubs not clean.
