"Wonderful living experience. Best location with conviennent public transportation. Lots of local food restaurants around the hotel as well. Friendly and service experts crew can solve any problems, such as my bbk didn't shown up on my reservation(due to the local opera and expedia still has some technical problems) the DM crew not only offered me a clearly explanation but also offered extra comp. bbk for my roommate. "The room was too hot. The pillows were over stuffed. It was going to give me a neck ache. The bed was very hard. I stayed in two different rooms. One of the beds and pillows were ok. With the wifi there was a little cartoon man that looked angry saying something in Chinese & it disappeared quickly so I couldn't save it and translate so I didn't feel comfortable using the wifi. "The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient."

"Great place to stay with a convenient location. Service was top notch, Andy looked after everything from the moment I arrived and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Very impressed with the breakfast and facilities. "3階か4階が受付でエレベーター無し階段のみです。荷物少のわたしにはその分リーズナブルという感じでとても良かったです。荷物巨大な方はキツいかもしれません。1階にコンビニや飲食店も有り、鉄道寧波駅から徒歩圏内で月湖も歩いて直ぐで立地はとても良いです。"

"Was scheduled to be in another hotel near city center, but last minute was changed to this hotel. I had not stayed here before, but intend to again! Very nice staff, and an especially attentive head concierge. The club lounge was great for meetings, snacks, helpful staff, etc."

"I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. We took nice breakfast with plenty of choices every morning which environment is spacious and pleasant. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had very good experience in the hotel."
