"The location is super close to the airport, the room was clean, great shower, but I have to point out the amazing Manon! She went above and beyond. She truly made our stay terrific. She was so helpful, with directions, information about the airport, booked us a shuttle AND helped me bring our luggage up to the room! Every hotel should have someone like Manon at the front desk. "Tv didn't work. Wasn't even plugged in behind tv. Took over an hour and 3 separate visits to fix. Wanted to eat but black bar maid stood over me tapping her fingers while I read the menu. Got so frustrated I left and went to Burger King. AC was good."

"The hotel is a little gem just 30 mins outside of Bordeaux city. The building and rooms are beautiful, and the grounds stunning. We loved our room and it was very spacious with high ceilings. The pool was perfect for the heatwave as well! Food and drink were great but it doesn’t have a restaurant onsite - the staff prepare cold food but it was really tasty! We had a bit of an air con leak on arrival but the hotel got maintenance in the following day and fixed it quickly. Would definitely...
