"Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again."

"Initial thought was thay it looked like a very nice place. The front desk staff were nice. Within 15 minutes of checking in, someone knocked on the door and barged in with a key. A man asked if we just checked in amd then left. The lady at the front desk advised it was housekeeping, saying that he heard a noise or noise complaint, so was checking. The pool was very large, though people were outside with the door being propped open. The hotel was quite loud."

"It could use a refurbishing. While it is currently smoke free, there was still the musty odor of cigarette smoke in the room. I turned the AC down and the fan on full and it was tolerable. The place is more than adequate for a night's stay. Breakfast was not impressive, but I came toward the end of the breakfast time. Orange was starting to ferment and I could not finish that. But the cereal was OK and there was still at least one serving of milk at the time."

"Room was clean and amenities worked. Toiletries were sparsely stocked, body wash, shampoo and hand soap dispensers were just above empty and weren't refilled. Staff was friendly."

"This was one of the grossest hotels I have stayed at in a very long time. The first room we were given had stains in the bathtub and mold in the crevices of the tub wall, with no air ventilator. The mirrors had black smudges on the frames, and so did the a/c unit, which I imagine are also mold. Both beds had stained sheets. The second room was the exact same, but less intense. I pulled back the sheet, and there was a big yellow pee stain on it.Absolutely disgusting. The hallway we stayed in...

"No breakfast and I did not see the advertised hot tub. The onsite restaurant was closed and there were not many restaurants in the area."

"Our flight got postponed to the next day so this was a last minute reservation made. Front staff wasn't extremely friendly during check-in or check-out, but got the job done. Breakfast area was clean and the food was adequate."

"Very pleasant and helpful manager. Property is rather worn but looks and smells clean. Comfortable bed and good sheets. Decent breakfast. Did what we needed for an overnight stay on a road trip."

"The sheets and towels appeared to be clean, but the floor was filthy. I had to clean it with a towel after checking in. Shower dribbled like a septuagenarian with prostate issues. Water, what little there was, was hot, so I could was. Noisy neighbor, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, other than this price range brings in a higher percentage of riff-raff."
