"Trying my room key initially , it flashed green/red/green/red rapidly. Went back to office. Was told the red meant battery was low. Same thing for another couple I was traveling with. Next day door card was yellow (expired). Same for othet couple even though we were all staying for 2 nights. My room had a flickering light in the bathroom. Very annoying. TV reception was terrible!!! Guide was all wrong. 3 spiders in the bathroom in 2 days! Doubt I will ever stay there again!"

"The room was ok (you get what you pay for) but the carpet needs to be replaced. We stayed in the back of the motel and it was very quiet. The beds are very hard for side sleepers. The breakfast was all over the place, do not recommend. The first day, there was no juice, only water came out. The next day, there was no cream cheese. Last day, no yogurt and no cream cheese and the office had no water in the lobby. I think with better organization things could greatly improve!"

"Pretty dirty was run down. The owner stays on the property but looks homeless. He is nice but super sketchy. He cleans the rooms. Goes through the trash cans just all over weird. I wouldn’t take kids here it was super unsafe. Not worth the money"

"Our stay, as always, was wonderful! Our room was comfortable and clean, and we love the afternoon treats delivered to our room. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and you can’t beat the daily breakfasts. We also enjoy at least one delicious dinner at Alchemy, which always impresses. It’s an easy walk to shows during OSF and downtown shops and restaurants. We look forward to our return."

"I booked this place because they had a wine bar, or so that’s how they advertised. I booked several months out, but in June they had still not opened their wine garden. After a long day of traveling all I wanted was to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine, so that was disappointing. The room itself was fine and my 8yo daughter loved the bathtub in the living room. Water pressure was great."

"Motel 8 breakfast, no stated "jacuzzy" just a dirty jetted tub in the room, no workout room as stated in the advertised section of Expedia. Coolest thing was a fire place in your room but that eventually got old. Stayed for 3 nights 2 we booked without Expedia, won't do that again. It's a must to book through a sight as it's sooo much cheaper. The comparison is, motel 6, with a fire place, in the middle of nowhere, with nothing to do, for a lot of money... plus they over charged us for a meal...

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. During the day there was freeway noise, but by the time most people are ready for bed it subsides and isn’t a big issue (we were on freeway side of building). The only problem we had was the refrigerator in our room. I didn’t realize it was not cooling properly on the second night of our stay. By that time, the food I bring for my special diet needs didn’t seem cold enough for me to eat and I had to throw it away. When we checked out on the 3rd morning...
