"The cleaning staff was not on top of their duties when it came to housekeeping. Our trash was overflowing and I called the desk in the morning to notify them but the housekeeping staff wanted to wait until check-out to come clean and empty trash. Also, there is no dish washing liquid in the kitchen."

"Le Meridian was the perfect stay for our weekend in Chicago. The restaurant and bar were a big hit. The food and staff were amazing. The location was perfectly situated on Michigan right across from Grant Park. Complimentary coffee in lobby in the morning. Everything was just perfect. We will stay here next time.
