"Luke and Oscar at the desk were great. We were able to leave our bags and head downtown because our room was not ready for an early checkin.
An extra pillow was provided right at the desk upon request.
Also, reported our fridge wasn't working properly in the morning and when we got back to our room, it had been replaced.
Breakfast was substantial."

"Staff seemed irritated at check in and airport shuttle driver had no sense of urgency when we were told it ran every 20 mins in the mornings. Since we wanted breakfast first, we had to wait 30 mins and then the bridge went up so the wait time was extended. Room was nice. Bathroom was nice and spacious.
