"Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was courteous, but our stay was unfortunately cut short after we discovered what appeared to be a baby roach crawling on the wall in our room. Because of this, we left very early the following morning rather than completing our planned stay. Additionally, the breakfast did not meet expectations. Given the quality and selection, it would be more appropriate as a complimentary amenity rather than a separately charged offering. I hope these concerns are...

"The breakfast was one of the best I've been offered at similar hotels. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was surprised at only getting maid service every 4 days. Initially, we didn't get enough towels and had to get some from the front desk. The clock and TV also weren't working and when we informed the front desk, the agent seemed unable to help us. She did offer to have us move rooms but I didn't want to do that as I had already unpacked. My husband ended up fixing the TV and the...

"Our stay was great and the staff were super nice. The pool area was so clean well kept. The breakfast was also great, it was good to have home cooked eggs, sausages, potatoes, and French toast sticks! As our kid says this is a “happy place,” and wants to come back next year for his birthday."

"The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!"
