"I really enjoyed my stay at the Vancouver. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always making sure I felt taken care of. The location is fantastic- few minutes walk to 2 different metro stations and bus stops, but in my garden-facing room it was quiet and had a nice view and fresh air. The room was tidy, as it looked in the photos and was very comfortable. For the price I felt the value of location, stylish room and kitchenette was excellent and felt like home. "Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp. When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. "This was at the very top of a 5 story walkup. No elevator. Zero indication I had to walk up all those steps. Once you get into the place there's another 2 sets of stairs to get into it. The bathroom is at the bottom of those stairs. Checking in was terrible. You have to download an app to get the codes to get in the building. They don't include the code to the actual suite. I had to wait 25 minutes at the top of the stairs for the guy to show up with the code to get into the suite. Endless...

"We stayed here for 10 days as a family of 3. The accomodation was everything we needed. They have a washing machine and dryer that you can you use free of charge which is fantastic. The accomodation is in a lovely area and walking distance to the Paddington train station, food outlets. Would definitely stay here again. "
