"It was an okay hotel but nothing worth the $500/night price tag after taxes. For that price, i expected so much more than what we got. This level of room was equivalent to a $150/night econo lodge. I splurged because I wanted a special treat for my daughters to have a girls getaway. The room and hallways smelled like cleaning solution, and everything was just… meh. Nothing to give off a $500 room vibe. Save your money, stay at a cheaper $$ hotel, and take your savings to go spend on the fun...

"Room was adequate. We spent most of our days out, so mostly slept and showered in room only. Motel is obviously older, but more updated than expected. Price point reflects. Sheets and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good, but, be aware, they served the same hot foods all 4 mornings we stayed, so if you want more variety of breakfast options this may not be the place for you. Pool and hot tub were so nice after 2 full days at Dollywood. Location was excellent, close to everything! All in...

"Issues with my "suite"
- A/C not on at arrival
- A/C kept showing error code E9. Had to restart it 10x/night to keep room cool. All "maintenance" did was unplug it plug it back in again before leaving and never checking on us again.
- No soap, dish soap, or toilet paper on arrival.
- Room was DAMP. Carpet was damp. Tile was slick.
- Drinkware was found dirty in the cabinets.
- Bedding smelled like it had been left in the washer too long.
Communicated all of this to front desk, and all I...

"My one and only complaint was the check in experience. There were 3 ladies at the desk. I still stood in line about 40 minutes. One lady even called a guest to the desk, then walked away to take food to the back and never returned. Needless to say they were quite ticked off. It should never be this hard to just check into a room, especially with a reservation!"

"Loved our overnight stay. Room was not quite ready on time, so we swam in the pool til it was ready. Loved the huge included breakfast choices.i guess the only improvement I could think of would be there was no fan in the bathroom / or maybe it just wasn’t working. Minor detail."

"I love this place and spend 8 nights there every year during a convention I attend at the Leconte Center. You can walk across the main drag to the Island very easily with assistance of crosswalks and pedestrian lights, and catch the frequent tram right to the front doors of the Center. Breakfast is fab, esp the biscuits & gravy and lemon poppyseed muffins; the staff could not be nicer; the pool/baby pool/hot tub outdoors is always spotlessly clean & fresh; and the hot tub bubbles like a...
