"I loved this place! It was nice and quiet. A great safe area. Everything was nice from the staff to the room and location! The premises was well maintained and a good breakfast is included. It took no time to get to the freeway! I also loved all the amenities in the room! Great price for a great Hotel! I’ll look forward to staying here again when I return to New Orleans!"

"This building needs to be torn down. While our room had been somewhat updated, the entire location is old and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this location. "

"This is a quiet hotel away from the 'touristy' Central Business District and Downtown NOLA hotels. And the parking is FREE! The hotel was clean, quiet and the breakfast was adequate. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for lodging in NOLA that is away from all of the excitement that comes with staying in the CBD/Downtown area."

"The room was gross. The toilet looked like it was destroyed and readded badly. The tank had a plastic tray instead of a top. The chair at the table was broken. We luckily only needed it for a few hours rest before an early morning flight. Anything longer and I would’ve absolutely complained. The lobby seems to be maintained, but the rooms look like trash."

"INCREDIBLE free breakfast buffet, best I ever had. Staff is GREAT, very helpful and always eager to please. Clean and well-kept property, nice rooms, simply cannot beat this hotel for overall value."

"Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena."

"Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc)."
