"As soon as I entered the main doors my jaw dropped as I was NOT expecting the hotel to be under renovation(s). Had I known, I would had booked elsewhere.
We stayed in room 605. Just above the pool area. The room had a very heavy smell of chlorine to which I got a headache.
Upon entering the room there was dust in areas and the fridge was dirty.
The toilet seat was stained and there was urine spots under the seat.
The elevators were very dirty with stains on the walls and ceilings.

"The good: Restructured entryway with beautiful large wooden doors with brass fittings & rings. Opulent main lobby, beautiful dark woodwork, museum like. Beautiful in its day but like a neglected child it’s telling and felt dingy & very dark.
