"Nice location for Sedona, with great short-distance hiking trails nearby. Rooms were a bit spartan, but otherwise very clean and well maintained. Their restaurant is an Airstream trailer surrounded by picnic tables, which was actually pretty fun. Only minor complaints were the soft, somewhat lumpy mattress, and the room darkening for sleeping at night was suboptimal; strongly advise using a sleep mask if ambient light at night disrupts your sleep."

"First, there is no where to put Heat Sensitive items several hours before check in. I wasn’t in the position to pay and extra 40.00 for 1 hr early check in, that started me not feeling welcome. Next when I did check in, the room looked like they hadn’t cleaned and dusted, I spilled some water on the floor, cleaned it up with one of the white wash cloths towels and it was black from the floor. The bathtub rubber stopper had mold on it, the sink faucet/ filthy and gross, the beds were...

"This is such a cute, well kept, motel. The manger was so nice and helpful. She really explained everything and helped us out when we needed it. The room had everything we needed and was well laid out and comfortable. We loved the little table and chairs outside of our room and enjoyed drinking our coffee there in the morning. The location was excellent and everything was really close by. We only stayed on night, but would love to return for a longer stay."

"The property was easy to get to with access to Sedona and Oak Creek. I may have missed it, but I didn’t realize there was a $15 a day parking fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful as far as recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The room was pretty clean, although there was what appeared to be mold in the shower. Knowing what I know now, I would stay there again."

"Unfortunately, our stay was cut very, VERY short due to signs of bed bugs. We asked staff to be changed to a different room but was only offered a room a few doors down from where there were traces of dead bed bugs. We opted to not stay and requested a refund. Staff were quick to get us out of there. Didn't ask to see pictures for proof or nothing for that matter. They said they would looking in to have a refund processed and that was it. We ended up staying in out vehicle at a rest stop...

"We lived our stay. Everyone was so friendly and the resort had the exact mood we were going for. I had a facial at the spa as well and the staff and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!"
