"We stayed for three nights and were in Sedona to celebrate my husband’s birthday The property was misrepresented in the promotional photos. There is no patio to any room nor on the property at all, as pictured in the photos. The lobby was not staffed on site although there were posted lobby hours, but the doors were locked. Air conditioning for our unit was marginal even turning down to the lowest setting. Daily housekeeping was not offered but after the 2nd night I tried to reach out to...

"Nice view"

"Nice big room with a pretty view but the cleanliness could be better. I sat down on the bed comforter and was instantly covered in dog hair. The room had a smell to it that we had to leave our door open for an hour to air out. They don’t even provide fitted sheets for the bed which is new to me. Probably won’t stay here again until I bring my own sheets"

"The location in cottonwood was awesome. The area was clean and the rooms were large and comfortable. I really couldn't ask for anything more."
