"Great location. Such a lovely town. The Inn was close to many restaurants and a grocery. Very walkable too. Staff was great and responded quickly to any questions. Our room was clean and it was nice to have a place to relax with a couch and TV and the ability to cook our food and have a little breakfast bar to eat at. Hot tub was great too"

"Lovely cute hotel in the heart of cottonwood. Would defined recommend."

"The room was nice, clean established friendly, and it was close to the casino near the same property as a hotel. The Food prices at the restaurants they seem a little high."

"We stayed 5 nights and everything was good except absolutely no housekeeping. We had to track down clean towels and our room was never cleaned. Both the washing machine and dryer don’t work. Had to go to a laundromat."

"Property is a little dated and musty but overall was clean and had what we needed. Loved access to the lemon water in the lobby. The view outside the hotel is amazing ."

"Everything was fantastic and having been to this property under other resort owners I am pleased to say that all my expectations were met. I lived and worked in Sedona and Prescott so this area holds a special place in my heart. I am blessed to be able to return over the years. I moved away in 2004."

"Spent two nights very nice close to everything we needed. would stay again."

"Overall good. Did not have hot water either in the shower or sink. Just tepid. Also no elevators and several stairs to condo type villas. Parking is difficult at best, as is all of Sedona. But there is a back lot with a driver of a golf cart shuttle. Very well located for old town shopping. Make sure you make restaurant reservations in Sedona well in advance (days in advance). Also, don’t fall for the “Welcome Gift”. It’s a ploy to get you to sign up to view their timeshare type program."

"Bathtub was very very very slippery. My wife slipped and fell. No grab bars and shower curtain bar was not attached to the walls. Crash! Told the front desk at checkout and all she said was I'm sorry. Reserved through Expedia so couldn't have a receipt. Bed was comfortable."

"Good location. Good mattress. Old couch. Don’t count the on the breakfast; a few cheap pastries and cheap coffee. Basic essentials, but nothing more."

"The ice was coming with some kind of sand, bathroom with some hair on foot and Bathtub."
