"Lovely historic building!"

"I had a very pleasant short break and found my room (double for single occupancy) comfortable. Furnishings were dated but functional. Good shower plenty of hot water. Having a first floor room meant heavy footsteps and creaky floorboards above had to be endured. Due to hot weather my windows were open at night. "Only disappointment was that the restaurant didn't open until 12 noon so only local breakfast options on a Sunday were McDonald's or KFC"

"Room was comfortable and clean, and the ensuit and shower were lovely too. Perfect for a cheaper stay just outside of Cork. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to use the leisure facilities but it was nice to have the option. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

"Bella Vista was really good on most levels and we definitely wouldn’t have any problems staying here again. The staff, especially the manager were great overall and couldn’t have been any more helpful. The manager even dropped my cousin off at the railway station when we asked him for directions. We did have a problem in our room as neither of our blinds were working and we had to have a couple of people come to look at it on our 1st night, but neither could fix it unfortunately, so it meant a...
