"it was a decent place to rest a bit for a drive. the staff was amazing. the room was clean parking and breakfast was good. it did not have meat but hey that was ok, i just bought from the grocery store and had meat with my complimentary breakfast the next day it was worth it."

"We had to change rooms three times during a two nights stay. First, there was no refrigerator in the unit 210. Second, there were no working TV, no coffee pods, in the unit 208. After saying so at the office, we still had to wait for a TV repair technician, the mugs were not cleaned…the only solution was for us to move back to the unit 210 where a fridge was finally installed."

"We were very disappointed in the fact that the add on Expedia boasted a complementary breakfast, but even though they had the facilities they DON’T SERVE BREAKFAST! This was a deal breaker and we will not be returning even though we come here regularly. The pool was clean, accessible, and well appointed."

"For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel! "

"Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. "
