"We are still in awe of the beautiful property, amazing and super friendly staff and impeccable views. We hated to leave and felt so connected with staff while there! They offered blankets as the sun went down and gave fab recommmendations while we were there. Breakfast was amazing and we also had dinner at Ombra at the hotel and it was fabulous. Thera has the greatest recommendations! ❤️💫 The only surprise was that the “private plunge pools” are really not private - yes they are for your use only but the pool area and your outside area is right on walkways to other rooms. So you see staff and other guests passing by. It was fine, but just a surprise! The hotel is quite small and there is not another hotel below, so there isn’t a lot of traffic at all. Just worth noting! They can arrange transportation for you but pls note you have to pay all those costs in cash upon leaving due to the contract w the company they work with. Walkways and path to hotel are STEEP. Not recommended for anyone not in good shape! Parking lot is quite far from access to hotel. All good for us, but for those who may need that info - hope it is helpful."

"We stayed 5 nights at Art Maisons Oia Castle and 1 night at Aspaki the sister property and both are absolutely amazing! From conscience of airport transportation to meeting the bell boy who carried our bags to the room everything was seamless. Oia castle sits right above Ammoudi Bay with the best sunsets I have ever seen right from your porch. Chris was very helpful and handled everything we needed from scheduling catamaran tours, to renting ATVs for us. He truly is one of a kind! The last night Chris arranged for us to end our trip by upgrading us to Aspaki. This was the best dinner experience at EOS. Breathtaking sunset views on the rooftop terrace and amazing dishes and wine. All in all I have 0 complaints and will be a returning customer for sure!"

"I’m giving the hotel overall 4 stars, but only 3 stars for the amenities. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much cleaner property and better amenities. One of our biggest disappointments was the pool area. The pool water was quite cold, and the pools closed at 7 PM, which made it very difficult to use them after spending the day sightseeing. For a hotel in this price range, we expected to be able to enjoy the pools later in the evening. We were also surprised that use of the sauna required an additional charge of €30 per hour. Given the already high room rate, this seemed excessive and was disappointing. The hotel does offer parking, which is a plus, but the parking area is a considerable distance from the hotel, so you have to walk back and forth each time you need your car. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the experience did not quite match the price we paid. Had I known about the early pool closing time, cold pool water, additional sauna charge, and the distance to the parking area, I would have chosen a hotel directly in town and simply parked in a public parking garage."

"The entire stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were polite, informative and very helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, offered multiple pillow options, and the private pool was well maintained. We visited PacMan. We enjoyed the beautiful views, great food and excellent service. I enjoyed a message treatment at the spa that was calm and relaxing. The property is very well maintained. My favorite part of the property was visiting the gardens where they grow many of the vegetables they serve in the restaurant. It was a beautiful garden. The location was perfect for us. It is not on the caldera but it right across the street. It was very quiet and private which was nice after exploring the main strip along the caldera. We still had an incredible ocean and sunset view!"
