"Hote;s.com에서 5성급이라는 안내문구를 보고 예약을 했는데 도착해 확인결과 3성급 수준의 리조트였음. 오후 3시경 도착했는데 방 준비가 안되어 30분 넘게 기다렸고, 호수뷰라고 예약을 했는데 1층 풀장에 접한 룸으로 호수를 볼 수 없었고, 유럽식 조식 제공한다고 했는데 쟁반에 중국식(죽, 국수반그릇, 만두1개, 삶은계란1개, 과일몇쪽) 정식셋트를 트레이쟁반에 가져다 주었음. 룸은 여타호텔 대비 협소했으며, 복도에 이동하는 투숙객들로 인한 소음도 심했음. 숙소 바로앞의 호숫 가 산책로를 제외하면 가격대비 만족도 매우 떨어지며, 사이트에서 제공한 정보와 전혀 다름"
