"We stayed there for four nights, we are a family of five, so had two rooms. Owners were very accommodating as we asked to change rooms to be on the same floor. In hindsight, we realise that we sacrificed their best room that they had offered us. Rooms were clean but bathrooms need updating; the showers leaked and had a shower door missing. "Overall service was satisaftory. The staff can be more communicative. I wasn't informed about the breakfast. When i was checking out, I pointed this out to a staff at the front, he insisted that they had told me. During my stay, I asked for some help to find a place, the staff didn't take any action, instead he told me very vaguely that I should go to center area. "

"The staff were extremely helpful. They provided a ride from the airport in a very nice vehicle and git a taxi for me when I was going out for dinner. Check out was very fast and easy and, even though the hotel was on a busy street, the minute amount of noise was not enough to keep me from sleeping. My only negative comment is that the shower and bath tub had mold. That’s important for those with health issues however I still appreciate how accommodating the staff was at this hotel. ♥️"

"I was born in former Yugoslavia and this hotel looks like a concrete monolith from the 1970s That being said I love to swim and the Olympic pool was a great bonus. I swam 2 km and loved hotel breakfast buffet with baklava and fresh vegetables. "
