"The staff were extremely helpful. When our luggage didn't arrive on our flight they made phone calls for us and collected it for us when it was driven to Ljubljana. They gave us a tip of a courtesy service to transport us out of the pedestrian part of the city with all our heavy luggage to get us much closer to the car hire place. Accomodation was nice and very clean. If you find it hard with stairs probably not the best for you as we were on fourth floor with no lift, it was ok for us."

"Such a little gem of a place! The room and bath was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor patio is a lovely space to dine or have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was wonderful. It's a quick drive to the airport or into old town Ljubljana. We loved our stay."

"I had a perfect stay at Hotel Heritage. The hotel is in an amazingly convenient location for those wanting to explore Ljubljana. As such, it is in a pedestrian-only portion of the city, but the staff helped me find the most convenient spot for car arrival and departure. Indeed, the staff were helpful and attentive throughout (and before) my stay. I am female solo traveler, and I felt safe during my entire time at the hotel. The breakfast spread was also varied and delicious! I’d recommend...

"We were a family of 4 and stayed in one room. The room was small with all four beds in one room but it was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The best thing about this is the location, very central with walking distance to most sites and about 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. I don’t think the room itself should cost as much as it is very basic but we found all Ljubljana accommodation coming up quite expensive and we are glad we paid for the location."
