"Lovely spot before the ferry, room spotless and comfy, bar was great, locals friendly and the braised beef I had was amazing. Only 1 hiccup, I preordered the breakfast for 8am so could leave for the ferry on time , At 8.30 I had to request to takeaway the breakfast and ate it in the car at the ferry port. Probably the worst breakfast I ever had The guy was under pressure I suppose as I didn’t want to miss my ferry. Nice sausage bacon anaemic mushroom like shoe leather. I’d definitely stay here...

"We stayed at Craig Eithin B&B in August 2025, and everything was just amazing. The room was spotless, and there was plenty of parking available. David and Debbie are wonderful hosts, so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every morning. David kindly suggested places to visit and even helped us plan our daily itinerary to avoid the busy times, which made our experience even better. The areas he recommended were absolutely breathtaking. We would love to go back...

"Love this hotel. Location is perfect, can walk down into Bangor or stay in upper banger. Plenty of bars, fast food and restaurants. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast is soo good here. Apart from the toaster which takes forever."

"Our stay at Y Capel was wonderful! We loved the heritage associated with the building. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was awesome. The common area was lovely with extra amenities. Check-in at the Erskine Arms (immediately across the road) was quick and easy.
