"Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was clean and fresh. Would have liked more general “housekeeping “ information, such as breakfast serving times, Travelling with a dog it would be nice to be made aware of what areas in the property were dog friendly . "The room was mainly clean but some fluff in the cupboard. Staff were very helpful and there is plenty of parking on site. Beautiful area at the base of Snowdon just a few minutes walk from the train."
