"What a fantastic and peaceful 5 night stay. The hut was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and peaceful get away, and would certainly stay there again. Due to the hot weather and many wildfires in Wales, there was a BBQ and fire ban, so we had to alter what we had planned to cook, with only 2 hob rings, a microwave and a small fridge, but with a bit of organisation and regular...

"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...

"Really nice grounds and private lodges. Hot tub was lovely. The lodge could have been cleaner - the blinds were dirty, there was dust on the light shades and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The boiler worked but it didn’t seem to warm up the main living area. We ended up putting the oven on and leaving the door open. The oven was electric (not fan) and the element was at the top so it burnt food before cooking it. Rich, the out of hours member of staff was extremely helpful and went out of...

"Second time we've stayed here and won't be out last.
Plenty of space with large kitchen and living area, comfy beds and lovely little touches like biscuits, milk, coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and even a bottle of wine in the fridge.
Perfect spot for Bala and exploring the surrounding area.
Definitely recommended"

"Gloriously remote!
These holiday cottages are located down a narrow, winding track, so the detailed instructions provided by the host were invaluable. The cottage lights and heating were on when we arrived making for a cosy welcome on an autumn afternoon. The bedroom and en-suite were carefully presented and very clean and the kitchen was supplied with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals and snacks.
The cottage is within easy driving distance of many North Wales places of interest...

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! "There are places you can stay and wonder if they are worth the cost. Rest assured this isn't one of them. Isolated, quiet and rural with a spectacular location in the North Wales countryside. Lack of light pollution makes the night sky amazing in the hot tub. The host is wonderful and the place is top drawer. If you want city service this isn't the place for you, if you want quiet rural bliss it is. Tiddles the cat frequently visits too, so if you like cats she is fab (thanks for the mouse...

"The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views.
The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. The house is cosy and welcoming at the end of a long day.
Chris has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Thank you Chris x"
