"Very pleasant and comfortable stay. This is a classic style hotel, not super modern. We paid a bit extra for a large room overlooking the park which felt quite luxurious. Lovely pool and spa facilities and friendly helpful staff."

"A lovely quiet site ( June) with a really good restaurant and bar which we used twice during our visit. The food was excellent in the evening. The Falcon Lodge was spacious and mostly clean. The pool is a lovely bonus even if it is quite small and the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were also used. "Property (No9) was good and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. However We were told there were only 5 small steps, but the steps were not small, there were eight large ones in total. (If we had both been unable to get up steps we would have found it impossible to check in or both of us to use the spa facilities as the main building has multiple steps which we were not told about)."

"Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us."

"Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly.
