"We spent a wonderful five nights here in a family room and it was a truly immersive rainforest experience we will never forget. You are deep in the forest and an abundance of wildlife is all around-including some in your room or on your terrace so you need to be comfortable with that. We saw many toucans, hummingbirds, howler monkeys, an anteater, possums, and many jungle insects right from our room and immediately outside it, The howler monkeys wake you at 5am every day with deafening calls...

"Great place if you are looking to do bird watching and other nature related activities. The bird feeders not only attract an incredible amount of birds but also some other mammals such as the Agouti and the Coati. The area is known for sightings of the King Vulture, all types of toucans, tanagers, parrots, etc. Including a Cayman that lives in the lagoon. They also have trails. Food was good, specially breakfast."

"Every member of the staff was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to make my stay the best I could possibly be. The food was delicious. the tours were personal and led by very knowledgeable guides. If you don’t have time to do all of the activities, and if you’re there for nature, I recommend skipping the jungle hike to the top of mountain. It’s no more than a walk up a bunch of steps to a lookout point."

"Wir waren die einzigen Gäste in dem Hotel. Man hat schon gemerkt, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber das ändert nichts daran, dass man eigentlich umgefallene Blumentöpfe am Pool oder heruntergefallen Äste wegräumen könnte. Im Restaurant Bereich und im Lobbybereich war es aber alles sehr sehr sauber. Die Zimmer waren auch sauber. Aber eben alles aus im Jahr 1993 und offensichtlich nicht mehr renoviert. Sehr freundliches Personal sehr hilfreich und eine wirklich sehr gute Küche haben...

"Lo mejor del alojamiento es que estas en el parque y la entrada esta incluida. La unica pega es que el desayuno empieza a la misma hora que abre el parque, pero estaría bien poder desayunar antes y entrar temprano. De todas formas, por lo menos a finales de abril, no hay mucha gente y fue una vuelta en la naturaleza muy especial."

"Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die ganze Anlage ist in einem super Zustand und wirklich sehr schön. Das Essen im Restaurant fanden wir sehr gut, viel besser als ein typisches Hotel Buffet. Das Essen wurde schön angerichtet und hatte Qualität. Ein Minuspunkt würde wir hier fürs personal geben. Es kam uns manchmal etwas unhöflich und kurz angebunden vor. Wir hatten jedoch auch mal eine andere Bedienung, die sehr nett war! Zudem waren wir beeindruckt, wie viele Tiere...

"El lugar no ofrece una experiencia agradable. 1. Fui con mi perro y me indicaron que ya no aceptaban mascotas. Cuando les mostré que en la reserva incluía al perro por estar permitido, intentaron cobrarme el doble. 2. Adujeron un problema de Expedia para indicarme que debía pagar $20 adicionales por noche.
