Titanic Hotel Liverpool

"Let me just start by saying, this room was amazing! I booked just a normal room with a view of the river. It was basically a studio apartment! The bathroom was so big too! We had almost too much space. Definitely a great place if you are going to have a longer stay. Check in and check out we’re okay. Both ladies were very quiet talkers. We dined in the restaurant. The food was good but the service was absolutely awful. We were sat right away then waited about 20 minutes to be greeted. They were not busy and it seemed like we were an inconvenience. Multiple servers walked by our table with out even looking our way. Finally someone came over. I ordered a bottle of wine, they were out of stock. Not a problem, always have a back up. I honestly think it was his first time opening a bottle table side. Food took a while but was very well prepared. We did sit outside earlier in the evening on the patio and food and drinks were great there. Hotel is kind of far away from the downtown area so be prepared to uber or take a cab. We walked and it was about 30 min. Which was fine for us. Overall I would definitely stay here again just because of the room but would find other dinning options."

"A lovely hotel in the heart of the city centre. Very friendly staff,spacious modern rooms. The discounted parking at QPark is very close to the hotel and secure."

"We had a lovely stay. Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the aircon wasn’t great but we were supplied a fan instead. Definitely go back!"

"The hotel was lovely and well positioned in Chester town with parking (although you have to pay extra). Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The spa pool was small but adequate. You need to pick your times if you’re a keen swimmer. However there is a steam, sauna & jacuzzi. We had a room with a balcony on the 5th floor and a jacuzzi bath. Well worth the extra money. Only issue we could see was there was only 1 lift for all rooms so you could often be waiting a while. Stairs are available (but no good if you’re less able to walk) All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Lovely hotel in a great location with safe and secure parking nearby . My only reason for not 5 stars is having the toilet separate from the bathroom / which would be ok if there was also a sink in there to wash hands without having to go into the bathroom"
