"Hi there, the overall stay was just okay. We did not get the room we booked, we waited ages to see reception when checking in, though the front of house was nice. The breakfast buffet was alright however the restaurant manager from Friday and Saturday gave us weird looks and was not hospitable. "Disappointed to have only 2 coffee sachets supplied - my friend & I both elderly & find it hard to negotiate stairs so going down to office for more not an easy option. Would be great if info about nearby food options supplied eg. It was only in daylight we realised there was a NW supermarket across the road. "

"Very easy to find with a handy location just off the highway. Parking outside our door. We were upgraded and had a lovely corner spa bath with bath salts supplied. I loved that they had a shower cap. Our bed was clean and comfortable and our room felt spacious and welcoming. We didn’t hear any outside noise at all. Only gripe was the bathroom extractor fan had a mind of its own and liked to turn itself on randomly"

"The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it."
