"Food was pricey and a bit below expectations but good. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the pool area wonderful! One of our party had a massage treatment and had a clinician who completed the massage with one hand while texting with the other hand, not professional. When we asked for adjustment to bill it was denied as the member of our party tipped( an American reflex unfortunately) not a sign of good service."

"Everything was good EXCEPT the evening meals. Only buffet was available at adult hours. One night like that would have been acceptable but the second night was a Chinese buffet. Not great, and not in keeping with the quality of the hotel or prices."

"Ottima posizione nel centro di Llucmajor, pulizia giornaliera, letti comodi. Uniche pecche stanze non insonorizzate, nessuno stendino per far asciugare le cose e la reception non è quasi mai presidiata."
