Amazing familg stay

Excellent in all aspects. Cant rate this holiday village highly enough. Definite 10 out of 10 all round. All staff amazing. Room spacious. Restaurant exceptional Pool fantastic. Had an amazing and relaxing family stay. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to go back jn the future.

10-days stay in an executive apartment

We stayed in an executive apartment. It was somewhat small for the four of us but had a large balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and a 4-burner gas stove, which was great. However, we missed having a sharp knife and a cutting board for cooking. The kitchen fan could also be much better because all the cooking smells stayed in the apartment when we fried food. The mini-market in our building was very convenient. During our 10-day stay, we were able to have our bed linens and towels washed a couple of times. We are used to Spain, where there is almost always food/tapas available, but here the meals were a bit more timely inflexible. Additionally, a small plastic cup of beer cost 5 euros, which we found expensive. On July 1st, the rules for sunbeds changed, which was somewhat confusing. You had to go there early and book your chairs with tickets from the reception. We found this cumbersome since all guests already had wristbands showing they were staying there. The pools were also quite cold, so we didn't swim as much as we usually do. The check-in was very pleasant, and we felt warmly welcomed. However, almost no one spoke English, only Italian, which made communication a bit more challenging.

Struttura all'esterno veramente bella e curata. Stanza assolutamente non da 4 stelle,soprattutto il bagno, non curato, doccia pessiima ,piena di calcare e nero in qualsiasi angolo . Non abbiamo purtroppo riposato bene durante la notte, frigo all'interno della stanza rumorosissimo. Partiva il motore ogni 15 minuti .

Wir waren in einem Appartmenthaus untergebracht, in dessen Keller sich die Wäscherei befindet. Zeitweise war ein sehr lautes Brummen zu hören, was den Erhaltungseffekt etwas beeinträchtigte. Aber alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Anlage, wir kommen gerne wieder

Sono già statto diverse volte al Loano2. Ho provato diverse soluzioni, tra appartamenti e camere dell'hotel. Questa volta mi è capitata una camera che sicuramente è stata vissuta durante tutta la stagione e che necessitava di manutenzione. La porta dell'ingresso era deformata, ventola del frigo rumorosa, scarico WC non funzionante, lenzuola macchiate. Oltre alla porta dell'ascensore (due piani sotto a dove eravamo...) che, ogni volta che si chiudeva, lanciava un grido (di aiuto abbiamo pensato noi). La colpa è anche di chi ha utilizzato la camera in precedenza senza segnalare nulla (unica scusa che potrei concedere). Anche se mi pare strano che le signore delle pulizie non si siano mai accorte di nulla.

Struttura molto grande e con piscine bellissime e adatte a bambini piccoli. Camere molto spaziose, con arredamento un po’ datato ma super funzionali. Personale gentilissimo disponibile. Un merito particolare al personale addetto alle pulizie sempre Gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al team di animazione e mini club, simpatici e divertenti (in particolare Otto polpotto) e allo staff dei fotografi per nulla invadenti e molto simpatici. L’insieme di tutto rende speciale il soggiorno presso questo villaggio. Unico punto da migliorare, secondo noi, è l’orario dei pasti, anticipandolo di mezz’ora più che altro per i bambini, renderebbe più semplice la gestione. Arrivederci a presto.

Et hotel for familier med børn Max 10 år. Værelser lidt mørke. Fint pool område. Vi gik for det meste ned til byen for at spise og se lidt på butikker. Ok by. Anbefaler stranden og Beach Club som hôtel samarbejde med. Dog dyr leje af solsenge og parasol. Men skønt sted!

Alt var egentlig godt, pænt og rent. Fik en lejlighed på stueplan, men en ubrugelig terrasse. Ikke specielt charmerende. Poolområde og restauranterne var gode. Service var ok, uden at være fantastisk. Følte ind imellem at vi som ikke-italienske turister var i vejen.

Okay familiehotel til pengene :-)

Rigtig god service i receptionen ved ankomst. Behagelig og stort værelse, men for hårde senge og puder. Servicen overall var ikke i top. Særligt caféen ved poolen. De snakkede ikke engelsk og var ikke servicemindede og lignede nogle, der ikke gad deres job. Super lækkert område, flot udsigt, mega lækkert poolområde, men vandet var til den lidt kolde side. Vi havde helpension og morgenmaden var OK mens aftensmaden var SUPER lækker! Husk at tage håndklæder med, hvis I ikke gider betale for det, da der ikke er gratis håndklædeservice. Vi benyttede os ikke af børneklub, da det var tydeligt, at det nærmest kun var italienske børn der deltog og alt foregik på italiensk. Loano er en hyggelig lille by. Oplev den og kom Ud af hotellet også :-)

4 Sterne Erwatung - 3 Sterne Erfahrung

Wir haben bewusst eine 4 Sterne Anlage mit den entsprechenden Erwartungen für unserer Ferien gewählt. Die parkähnliche Anlage ist schön und gepflegt. Die Poolanlage ist riesig und bietet für jeden etwas und ist wie auf den Prospektfotos - großartig. Tennisplatz, Fußballplatz, Beachvolleyballplatz, Tischtennisplatte etc. vorhanden bedürfen aber auf Grund der (Ab)Nutzung einen Austausch bzw. Renovierung. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte schrittweise erneuert werden, damit es auch einem 4 Sterne Niveau entspricht. Dieses bezieht sich speziell auf die Ferienwohnung. Unsere Wohnung "Standard" war abgewohnt, Rollläden schwergängig, Terrassenmöbel abgenutzt, Furniere an Esstisch und Küche lösen sich, Bodenleisten fallen ab, Sofa abgewetzt usw. Die Bilder im Prospekt/Online täuschen eine nicht vorhandene Größe vor, welche bereites bei einer Dreierbelegung eines "4 Personen" Apartments nicht mehr komfortabel ist. Positiv Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung und sind in guter Qualität und Sauberkeit. Daher unsere Einschätzung – bedingt empfehlenswert.

Lille lejlighed- passer ikke helt til de billeder der er lagt op. Fik først en mørk lejlighed med en stor bred rist som man skulle sidde på terrassen og kigge på, vi fik en anden lejlighed på 1 sal var lidt bedre. Der mangler service for at lave ordentlig mad. Fin pool.

Struttura grande, adatto a famiglie con bambini, anche piccoli, diverse palazzine con camere e miniappartamenti. Apparentemente ben strutturato in realtà datato e con qualche riammodernamento necessario. Camera ampia, ben organizzata ma con mobili datati e molto modesti e bagno semplice. Non un aspetto da 4 stelle, nonostante prezzi molto alti purché in linea con il resto della Liguria. Terzo letto per bambini da divano letto, molto rigido, per nulla comodo. Accessori datati, consumati. Tende non oscuranti, poche luci, condizionatore potente ma poco efficace, difficile trovare una temperatura gradevole, o raffreddava troppo o non raffreddava per nulla. Parti comune non pulite, lasciate molto andare. Ingressi delle palazzine e pianerottoli di ogni piano, sporchi, trasandati. Alcune parti sporche lo sono state per i 3 giorni che siamo stati lì. Buono l’impegno per i bimbi e bambini ma gli accessori sono sempre tutti un po’ al limite, spesso usurati o mal funzionanti, a partire da calcetto al ping-pong alla piscina. Ottima la gestione dei posti in piscina. Colazione mediocre, nulla di realmente all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Alle 9:30 già non ricaricano più nulla, patate finite, uova finite, torte finite, yogurt, briosce, bisogna chiedere, caffè solo con macchinetta, davvero troppo basico e di poco valore. Garage super comodo sotto la camera ma sporco, mai pulito, umido, con puzza, ma con posto riservato. Alle reception spesso coda nonostante 3 persone al front desk.

Kan ikke forstå at man kun får 2 liggestole pr lejlighed og at det ikke er muligt at købe ekstra Vi vil derfor ikke benytte dette sted fremover Vi havde samme problem i 2023
