Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! We received clear instructions, the van was clearly marked, and the driver who picked us up was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The 4:40 a.m. shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a great option if you have an early flight from Charleroi. I would definitely stay here again! "
