"Clean room, great patio with wonderful view of the lake. Location is great, walking distance to SanGiulio and the isola. On-site restaurant was great. The best aspect was the helpful and friendly staff who always went out of their way to make our stay great. "

"The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly."

Det var nemt at finde, selv midt om natten, på trods af der flere steder står at det er svært at komme derop. Vi kom derop i en stor tesla, der også kunne lade deroppe. "The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. We were meeting my Italian relatives for the first time, and most meals were at their homes, so we did not have the chance to eat at Atilier. Next time! We are already...

"I wasn't expecting such a spacious room with large bathroom and all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Free underground parking. Breakfast very good. 5 minutes from downtown Arona. Large tv with international channels Great price/quality."

The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century.
