"Because of the nature of my stay, I was only there late in the evening to morning. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. If I was there for a longer stay (or with my family), I would've definitely spent some time in the pool and arcade areas."

The bed pillows were small and square like the pillows you would find on a sofa just covered in pillowcases. It was fine for the 10 hours that I was there but I will book something else next time."

"A/C was noisy, both doors had the extra chain locks missing, had to play around with the light switch above sink and mirror to get it to come on, carpet was stained and dirty, felt kinda sticky. Toilet bowl was loose and moved. Early morning kept hearing a cat out in the inside hallway. The sink faucet was very hard to pull out to turn on."

"The hotel restaurant was great. Food and drink was excellent. I loved the atrium and the pool area. Only problem was the loud rude group of men in the jacuzzi. Room very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to families."

"Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund."

"Everything in the room was clean, we felt safe, the staff was very accommodating. It was close to restaurants, and water park. The pillows and bed were comfortable. They could shampoo the carpet or switch to hard floor to make an improvement, but overall the room was priced right and worked well for my family."
