Perhaps due to covid there was not enough staff on duty. The booking form said entry to the hotel was 2.30, another guest said 3 and a maintenance man said 4pm. This needs cleared up. 1 toilet roll in room, no liners in bins in room but on the plus side the staff were very pleasant and the meals were lovely and using fresh local produce.

I lovely little dog friendly hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Only one disappointment sadly which was the fact that they no longer did a cooked breakfast - it had changed since we booked and we chose it because of the previous great reviews about the food
