"Room fit the need but was very loud. Was woke up every hour or so from a loud noise we think was the elevator. Only able to sleep for a few hours due to noise. Staff was friendly"

"The room smelled bad, like mold or something. The bathroom had lots of stain spots on the shower and door. The bed smelled and the skirt on the bottom of the bed looked like it was very very old. The dresser, the TV was sitting on the top drawer would not stay shut. Also I asked the staff three different times for extra pillows and I didn’t get them. For the breakfast they had ham that had a green color to it and it didn’t taste very good either. "

"The pool was not heated. I got all ready with my suit, swim goggles, cap...I dipped my foot in the water and my guess is the temp was around 58 degrees. 80 is considered comfortable. Also, there was a bowl full of deeply brown bananas on the counter; and soupy oatmeal for breakfast. I ate food I brought. Coffee was great, though. Also, the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The condition of my room was excellent. "

"Clean room,staff was all friendly and kind. Pool,gym and other amenities worked and are all accessible apart from toaster oven,spent 40 minutes trying to heat up food. "
