"First the coffee maker in the room did not work. Staff said they would bring another and did not. Second the air conditioner made an awful noise all night and to close the door you had to slam it closed. This was basically the worst hotel we have stayed at."

"The chairs had stains in them, the floor wasnt vacuumed, the ice bucket was filthy I had to ask for a garbage bag in order to get ice after I tried to clean it. I had a 2 day reservation they cut my room key off & I had to go get new keys. Ive never experienced this kind of service at any other hotel ..."
