"What appears to be a sports bar is actually a load of video slot machines and what looked like a small stripper stage with thumping music that could be heard throughout the hotel. The door knob/lock was not correctly installed, there was no outlet for a CPAP machine without perhaps running an extension cord, cigarette burns in the blanket and the whole mattress itself needed replacing. Oh - and the hallway ceiling had been torn out for what looked like water damage."

"The room 208, was very dated(the air conditioning unit was very old, buttons missing, noisy, and did not work well). A lamp in the room did not work. Desk chair was torn, and tipped back easily. Hard to find plugins for all our electronics. Staff was very friendly and helpful No elevator, but staff helped carry our luggage up stairs to our room."

"It was horrible experience and i left the hotel within some minutes because room was messy nd when asked to clean they said they don’t have staff to clean. Then provide motel side room and air conditioner was not working. I was going to stay only for 4 hours there but I didn’t and never gonna booked again."

"Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was just ok not something I will compliment on. Very less options. I will say not very suitable for vegetarians. Same buffet container was having pork , hashbrown and omellete with pork in it but was not mentioned. Guests were using same spoons here and there. I stayed there for 2 days paid 600 plus but did not eat anything other than 1 cold muffin. No fresh fruits other than apples. Well they need no have 1,2 halal.options."

"We stay at this hotel because it’s the only hotel in area that we are visiting. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent"

"We had a room close to the elevator and we heard every trip it took! Sounded like trains passed overhead every 30 secs. My hubby said the bed was too soft. I was very cold the whole time. We did not eat breakfast. The room was clean. The parking was another story. We landed up parking in a parade next door and could hardly find our way back to Fort Garry Hotel. More precise instructions might’ve helped? It was our wedding night, by the way. 😴"

"The shower is not working. Informed the front desk, but she doesn't know what to do."

"Great stay. Clean room. I was a bit taken aback by the one staff when he asked me if I was staying at the hotel but I did walk out of a stairwell at 5 am for a morning walk so security is well enforced!"
