"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick (ca. 25 m²) gebucht, erhielten jedoch stattdessen ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer (ca. 12 m²) mit Terrasse am Parkplatz und ohne Seeblick. Das Zimmer wirkte unfertig und wie ein Einzelzimmer.
Da bei unserer Ankunft nur der Barkeeper anwesend war, sollten wir einen Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag ansprechen. An der Rezeption hieß es mehrere Tage lang, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und wir sollten täglich erneut nachfragen. Parallel kontaktierte auch Expedia...

"We stayed in Malcesine for four nights and paid extra for a lake-view room, which was absolutely worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the morning or in the evening with a drink, taking in the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains, was one of the highlights of our stay.
The room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't particularly spacious, but it had everything we needed, including plenty of storage and complimentary shampoo and shower gel.

"Just arrived home from the most amazing trip away to Hotel Meandro. Everything from the arrival, to staff, the room and food was perfect and of course the wonderful view from the room and the Sky Terrace was breathtaking. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We arrived late in the evening after some delays and they made sure we had easy instructions for a self check in.
