Clean friendly hotel in EXCELLENT location

Small clean room with everything we needed. Friendly and helpful service at the reception desk. And GREAT location right behind Piotrkowska street.

This is a lovely hotel. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, always on hand to help out . It’s very centrally located and great value for money

　２３時３０分の到着だったけれど、前客２組がスタッフと揉めていて、チェックインを後回しにされ部屋に入ったのは１時間後だった。しかも、支払い済み宿泊料が未納と言って、請求された。 　翌日確認用に領収証を送ったけれど、「問題は解決した」の一言で非を認めることも謝罪もなかった。 　部屋は特に問題なく、ＷｉＦｉがＵＰ５０Ｍｂｐｓ程度あった。欧州は春から秋にかけては日中と夜間の寒暖差が大きくよるは少し寒かった。
