"Very clean room, with a lovely deep bath and fresh milk provided for drinks. Delicious cooked breakfast included served by a friendly professional team. Great village location; we would be very happy to stay here again. "

Breakfast is amazing with everything you could possibly need. Bed was first class and so unbelievably comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. "We were only there for one night and couldn’t fault the accommodation . My only complaint was the price of breakfast. I agree you could have the continental and the full English but if you only wanted continental you would pay same price of £15. So we opted for no breakfast. "

"It is easy to find and a good car part. From there it just got better. There was a lively welcome as we entered the bar and very efficient check in. The room was very new well looked after. We had dinner in the carvery and then worked on our laptops in the bar afterwards. The bed was very comfortable, strange for a hotel I find, and slept very well. The only downside is the hot water in the shower does take an age to arrive but once it does, there is plenty of it. We will return."

"The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.
