"The front desk staff sets the stage at any establishment. The attitudes of the front desk staff were pleasant, eager to help, and friendly; in particular, the mature-aged lady with the gray hair cut to a bob-style, she was on staff Sunday morning.
Room 256 was clean, comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. Loved the shower and the overall decor. The view of the courtyard was an added touch. The sound of birds, and watching the black squirrels roam the property up and down trees added to the calm atmosphere.
I would highly recommend The Inn at Northern Ohio University, but would recommend renting a vehicle when the college has recessed. I stayed the weekend of Memorial Day and getting an Uber driver, in ADA OH, did not occur after three attempts. Thank God I have family in Ada OH.
Also, the restaurants located inside The Inn at NOU were not opened something I learned at check-in. But, the comfort of The Inn at NOU more than made up for the restaurants being closed for the summer.
Finally, the hotel provides a daily continental breakfast with an assortment of items. The items were neatly wrapped and the presentation of the area was inviting and spotless throughout the morning.
I will be returning next year for another high school graduation and The Inn at Northern Ohio University will the preferred hotel stay. Thanks Expedia for the recommendation."
