"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...

"Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....
