"Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Pune! The service was warm and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was exceptional with a great breakfast spread. "We stayed here twice within 2 weeks while our house was being renovated. Booked 2 bedroom apartment. First apartment’s living room floor was very noisy and creaked every time we walked on it. The ac was stuck on arctic temp so the first night we had to turn it off and it was fixed the...

"Very disappointed with my stay at Novotel. I booked a room with two beds for two people, but at check-in they said the reservation showed only one guest and charged me an extra We received the exact same room with no additional service or amenities, and the only explanation was that it was “hotel policy.”
For a reputed brand like Novotel, I expected better transparency and customer service. The hotel is overhyped, with basic amenities for the price, and even breakfast costs extra. Definitely not...

"The hotel doesnot honor online services mentioned. It was mentioned that we would have free breakfast but hotel denied it and said to contact hotels.com
Tried to call and chat both to hotels.com but they were unreachable. Extremely disappointed by hotels.com. Have never came across such a pathetic lack of customer service before.
Also, the hotel doesn't have twin beds. They will give you mattress to sleep of floor if you are more than 2 adults. Only good thing was that the room was clean which...
