Last day of stay. Elevator stopped working. We were on the 3rd floor and being seniors, We had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. They did not offer to help us. What if we had fallen. All they said, we're sorry they had called maintenance. Didn't ask if we needed help.

Only 1 bar tender, no wait staff in bar/restaurant. I was charged a ridiculous $45 resort fee. They took free coffee out of the lobby, and now they have a coffee bar service that is very slow

The entire experience check in to hot tub and pool and delicious breakfast and warm welcoming staff, EXCELLENTE!!!! Will def stay here again when our convention meets in the area again! Thank you for a great stay!
