"Excellent hotel in every way "

"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this. Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups. Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed). "The rooms were very clean, exactly like in the pictures. Items like dental kit, water, loofa, snacks are complementary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay for a good price. Just, mind that it says that shuttle from the airport is available and it’s not… I tried messaging and got no answer so, called and asked about it and they said that they didn’t provide that service. Other than that, it was all according to description "

"I'd have given it 4 or 5 stars except for one very bad experience which is causing me to give a poor rating. It has to do with laundry I had put out of my room one morning. A staff person (who was delivering newspapers) grabbed it out of my hands. But I never received it that evening. I called the front desk, but they did not return my call and did not know. Next morning, the same staff person who had picked the laundry bag said he does not remember anything. Different staff people kept asking...

"On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they...

The price which i have paid is no where close for this type of hotels. Both the exorbitant price and the pictures were not real"

"The neighborhood is walkable, which is a tough find for an Indian city. It was even walkable from the metro station. The room was very good other than the fact that I had no view whatsoever.
