"Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not sure where to start! The staff (in particular Tanina) couldn’t have done more for us. We arrived in Italy during a nationwide travel strike which put everybody attempting to travel in confusion so I messaged Tanina for advice. She was in constant contact for hours where I was trying to get to the hotel from the airport, offering lots of different solutions. "Very beautiful hotel in an historic part of Bergamo. Only negative is the car parking which requires a special pass in advance. Room is spacious, with lots of amenities like a free standing jacuzzi tub and a small sauna. The bar restaurant was also very nice. "
